Former graduate students, postdocs, and visiting researchers:

	Dr. Ruigang Li was a part-time research associate from August 03 to July 04. He is now with AMD as a senior engineer.
	Dr. Dengtao Zhao was a research associate from July 03 to November 05. He is now the director of Flash Memory Division, Violin Memory Corporation.
	Faxian Xiu was a graduate student researcher from September 03 to December 06. He graduated with PhD. He is now a full professor at Fudan University, China.
	Yan Zhu was a graduate student researcher from September 03 to March 07. She graduated with PhD. She is now senior device engineer at the InterMolecular Inc.
	Leela Mandalapu was a graduate student researcher from September 03 to December 07. She graduated with PhD. Since then, she is solar-powered in Solaria at San Jose, CA.
	Dr. Jae-Hong Lim was a research associate from 2007 to 2008. He has joined Chemical and Environmental Engineering Department at UCR as a postdoc fellow to do electrochemistry-based nanotechnology research. He is now a principal scientist at Korea Institute of Materials Sciences.
	Zheng Yang was a graduate student from September 04 to June 09, and graduated with PhD. He was a research associate from July 09 to November 09 in the group. He then became a postdoc fellow in Harvard University, and he is now an assistant professor at University of Illinois, Chicago.
	Bei Li was a graduate student from September 05 to March 10, and graduated with PhD. She is in Intel Corporation, Phoenix.
	Jianze Zhao was a PhD student at the Dalian University of Technology, China and visited Quantum Structures Laboratory from September 09 to August 10. After his visit, he graduated with PhD and joined Intel in Dalian, China.
	Lin Li was a graduate student from 2006 to 2011 and graduated with PhD. He joined Philips LumiLeds in San Jose, CA.
	Guoping Wang was a graduate student in Quantum Structures Laboratory and graduated with PhD in June 2011. He is an associate professor at Wuhan University.
	Jing Qi was an associate professor of physics in Lanzhou University, China and was a visiting researcher in QSL from August 2009 to July 2011. After her visit, she returned to her former university, continuing to do what a professor would normally do.
	Steve Zhang was a master student in Quantum Structures Laboratory from 2009-2011 and graduated with MS degree.
	Ning Zhan was a graduate student and graduated in 2011 with PhD. He joined IBM in Fishkill.
	Mario Olmedo graduated in 2012 with PhD. He joined Intel Corporation in Phoenix.
	Huimei Zhou graduated in 2012 with PhD and now she works for IBM, Albany.
	Sheng Chu graduated in 2011 with PhD degree, stayed in the Quantum Structures Laboratory for about one year as a postdoc researcher, and then joined the School of Physics and Engineering at Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China as a Full Professor.
	Jieying Kong graduated in 2012 with PhD and joined Intel Corporation.
	Jingjian Ren graduated in 2012 with PhD and then joined SanDisk, Corp.
	Zonglin Li graduated in 2012 with Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering program. She is now at Neophotonics.
	William Zuo graduated in 2013 with PhD, stayed in the Lab as a postdoc researcher for about a year, and then joined AZ Power Inc.
	Jian Huang graduated in 2013 with a PhD, and joined SanDisk Corp.
	Fan Gao was a PhD student from Nanjing University, China, who visited QSL from Oct. 2013-Oct.2014. She is a lecturer at the Zhejiang University of Technology.
	Monzur Morshed graduated in 2014 with a PhD, and joined IBM, Fishkill.
	Longxing Su was a visiting PhD student from Nov. 2014 to Nov. 2015 from Sun Yat-sen University.
	Prof. Chunxia Wu from Jiangsu University was a visiting scholar in the group from January 2015 to January 2016.
	Prof. Yuanjie Li from Xi’an Jiaotong University was a visiting scholar from 2015 to 2016.
	Zhongguang Xu graduated in 2016 with a PhD and joined Western Digital in San Jose.
	Mohammad Suja graduated with a PhD, and joined Intel.
	Sunayna Bashar graduated with a PhD in December 2016, and joined Intel Corporation, Oregon.
	Renjing Zheng graduated with PhD in 2017, and joined Applied Materials Inc. in San Jose, CA.
	Jingchuan Yang was a postdoc fellow in the group from Sept. 2016 to Sept. 2017.
	Dakuan Zhang was a visiting PhD student from Nanjing University, China from Nov. 2016-Nov. 2017.
	Alireza Khanaki graduated with PhD in December 2017 and joined Intel Corporation, Oregon.
	Wenhao Shi graduated with a master degree in Electrical Engineering in December 2018.
	Hao Tian graduated with PhD in December 2019 and joined SK Hynix at San Jose, California.
	Zhenjun Cui graduated with a master degree in Electrical Engineering in December 2019.
	Ivan Chiang graduated with a master degree in Electrical Engineering in December 2019.
	Prof. Long Xu of Southwest University, China was a visiting scholar from 2018 to 2021.
